Before applying any predictive model or going into deep data analysis, we performed a data integration covering more than 115 lead data siloed spreadsheets and Salesforce CRM data.

Our focus was to help increase contract values by detecting the right segments that would become top consumers. We analyzed CRM data to find the right segments and sub-segments to focus the commercial efforts.
